Two decades of expertise.
One patient at a time.

Dr. Rupal Mehta
Dr. Mehta began his physical therapy education at Ramaiah Medical College, building the clinical foundation that would guide his career. He later earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and completed his PhD at Drexel University.
Over more than 25 years of clinical practice, he has worked with people navigating orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, balance challenges and the long road back after surgery. Those experiences shaped a treatment philosophy that looks beyond a diagnosis to understand the person, their movement and the life they want to regain.
At Preserve Physical Therapy, that journey comes together in highly personal care: hands-on treatment, thoughtful movement coaching and advanced rehabilitation technology chosen to help each patient make meaningful, lasting progress.
Founded on two beliefs.
Prevention is better than cure
We invest in diagnostics, education, and long-term movement patterns — not just symptom relief.
Every patient is unique
Plans are built around the whole person: history, goals, biomechanics, and lifestyle.
